(Senior) Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

• Drive strategic projects that shape the future of Diehl Aviation. 
• Translate market and competitor insights into concrete strategic recommendations. 
• Support portfolio and product strategies and identify new business opportunities. 
• Contribute to M&A assessments and international cooperation projects. 
• Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.

• A higher university degree in business, economics, engineering, or similar – MBA is a plus. 
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in aviation. 
• Strong analytical mindset and project management skills. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. 
• Business fluent in English and German, French is a plus.
