Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:
You will work within Customer Support and provide 1st level support to our customers with focus on electronical incidents
You will record cases and carry out the necessary troubleshooting and complaint management and handle these independently
As part of the root cause analysis, you carry out methodical troubleshooting
You create problem solution articles (Problem, Root-Cause, Solution)
You will be responsible for coordinating and finding solutions together with the 2nd and 3rd level support in the specialist from Uhlmann Germany
To ensure that we are available for our customers around the clock, you will be part of our 24/7 support team
This is how you convince:
You have a technician or college degree in the direction of electronics or mechatronics with corresponding professional experience
Experience with Schneider and Beckhoff components
You have a strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
You are analytical, problem-solving oriented and enjoy working in a team
You are open to new challenges and see problems as opportunities
You have proficiency in English (Reading & Writing)
You bring along the willingness to travel required for this job
