Your Key Responsibilities
Based in Germany, you are responsible for the development of the German market. Relying on your systematic market and competition analyses you will develop market entry strategies, support current business, gain new customers, and establish a business network in the region in order to position the company as partner of choice in its field of business. Focusing on the business development and sales aspects of the role in the beginning, later on you will concentrate on managing and developing the growing German team, setting up prospective strategies, and attending to key clients.
- The Country Head DACH will directly report to the CEO
- Establishing a business network and a headquarter location within Germany
- Supporting current business and new customers with the exciting sales office in Frankfurt a.M.
You combine a strong business and customer orientation with a hands-on approach and a can-do mentality. You inspire your contacts with your excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as your enthusiasm for technical matters. Your intercultural knowledge puts you into the position to act confidently in an international business environment.
- Several years of business development / sales experience within a business-to-business environment inside the telecommunication industry
- Readiness to travel
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Further language abilities will be a plus (although not required)
